Adam Owen Taylor, age 21, of Wolf Point, Montana, made his journey home on October 15, 2023 where he was welcomed by his best friend, William Turcotte.
Adam was born on January 18, 2002 in Wolf Point, Montana to Jessica Taylor and Johnny Ironcloud. Adam grew up in Wolf Point where he attended school. He later went to Montana Youth Challenge, he was in 2nd platoon class 39, where he graduated as a top ranked senior cadet. He came back to Wolf Point to complete high school and graduated in the year of 2021. During his time, he married Juanita Pipe Taylor in 2020. After graduating he got his CDL and started working at J & M distributing.
Adam was always joking around, wanting to have fun. He enjoyed skateboarding and teaching the little kids, even older ones. He would spend his time teaching and learning new tricks. He loved to be outside at the lake or out shooting his gun. Singing and songwriting was another favorite hobby of his. Adam was a very bright young man and was always ready to help those in need. He enjoyed being around friends and family constantly and was always surrounded by them.
Adam was the nicest person you could ever meet. He was so genuine and sweet. Anytime you see him you would always catch him smiling. He knew just what to say or what jokes to make whenever anyone’s feeling down. You would catch him at the pool tables or dart boards at The Elks or Dads Bar. He was able to light up any room he was in, he was like a brother to everyone he met.
He gave others hope when he felt hopeless.
Adam is survived by his wife, Juanita; parents, Jessica Taylor and Johnnie Ironcloud; grandpa, Owen Taylor; grandmothers, Anna Bourcart, Norma Taylor, Theresa IronCloud; auntie, Amber Taylor and family; siblings, Ashley Taylor, Trey Taylor, Devon IronCloud, Kenji IronCloud, Luther IronCloud, Blessing IronCloud, Lokey IronCloud, and Ivan IronCloud.
A wake will be held 7 p.m. Sunday, October 22 at the Wolf Point Community Hall. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. at the Wolf Point Community Hall with cremation to follow. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel of Wolf Point has been entrusted with the arrangements.
