Adrian Jerome Four Star III, age 27 of Sisseton, South Dakota, formerly of Poplar, MT passed away on April 9, 2013 due to a motor vehicle accident.
AJ was born on July 10, 1985 the son of Adrian Four Star, Jr. and Ella Dupree in Poplar, MT. AJ attended school in Poplar where upon completing, he attended Kicking Horse Job Corps in Ronan, MT. This is where he met Shelby Renville, who is the mother of his two daughters. Over the years his life was spent in between Poplar, Sisseton, and Portland, OR. When he was in Sisseton he worked at Woodland Cabinetry where he made various types of furniture and he had also worked in the Oil Fields and as a Plumber while in between South Dakota and Montana.
AJ enjoyed spending time with his daughters, family and friends. He was always one to make you laugh whenever you would come across him. He enjoyed playing pool, hunting, fishing, listening to music and telling a good laugh.
He is survived by his mother, Ella Dupree of Wolf Point, MT; father, Adrian Four Star, Jr. of Portland; daughters, Adriann and Faith Four Star of Sisseton; brothers, Jestin Dupree of Lawton, OK, Bryce Kirk of Havre, MT, Chuck and Taz Four Star of Portland, OR; sisters, Trish Kirk and Sam Four Star of Havre, MT, and Hailey Four Star of Portland, OR; and his significant other, Shelby Renville of Sisseton, SD. He also leaves behind numerous family and friends that loved him more he would have ever known.
He is preceded in death by his sister Chelsea, numerous grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who are all enjoying a good laugh together now.
A family service will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 16 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Poplar. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 17 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Poplar. Interment will follow at the St. Ann’s Cemetery in Poplar.
