Andrea Joyce Perry – Tasunka Waste Yuha Win – “Has Good Horse Woman” age 27 took her journey home on August 6, 2014. Andrea was born on July 3, 1987 in Williston, ND to Adrian and Jackie Perry. She battled diabetes since age 12. Andrea went to school from K-11 in Brockton and graduated from Poplar High School in 2006.
In October 2008 she met Richard Terbasket and from this companionship Skeeter Terbasket was born September 2, 2010.
Andrea enjoyed the art of fashion and style. She also had a great passion for her horses.
She is survived by her parents Adrian and Jackie Perry, one son Skeeter, sisters: Freda Christian and children Lavael and Kobe; Joni Johnson and children Yamni, A.J. and James; Bobbie (Eric) Martell and children Spanky and Pudge; Ann and children Liessa and Christopher, adopted sister: Dyan Youpee; and special nephews, Dakota and Cherokee Christian.
She is also survived by her aunts: Claire Meyers, Barbara Fast Horse, Peggy Ricker, Donna Mae Ricker, Laurie Japp, Madeline Moran, Vernita Buckles, Irene Wilkins, Leta Atkinson, Sissy St. Germaine. Uncles: Tommy Christian, Ronald Ricker Sr. Victor Perry, Clyde Perry. Also her extended families: White Eagles, Boxers, First, Beamers, Burshias, Ogles, Fourbears, Magnans, LeCaines, and Levays.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Clarence Christian Sr. and Helen LeCaine, paternal grandparents Frank and Lavina Perry, uncles: Arnold Ricker, Clarence Christian Jr., John Christian and Kermit Perry, aunts: Betty Jo Ricker and Shirley Perry.
A rosary will be held on Sunday, August 10, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. at the James Black Dog Center in Fort Kipp, Montana. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 11, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the James Black Dog Center in Fort Kipp. Interment will follow in the Fort Kipp Cemetery.
