Chad Edward Nelligan, 37, started his journey to be with the creator on December 28, 2024 at the Billings Clinic.
Chad was born on July 31, 1987 to Tina Nelligan and Kevin Adams. He lived in Frazer for most of his life and attended Frazer High School; where he played basketball and graduated in 2005. He also attended Job Corps. Chad loved spending time with family, he loved going hunting with his adopted parents, Adeline Rose Smoker-White and Robert E. White. During his high school years, he dated Latoya TurnToes, they would do everything together. They loved each other and had two kids, Allyn TurnToes and Angel Nelligan. He enjoyed spending time with his kids and waking up in the morning to make a big breakfast for his family. He loved to fish with his kids and close friends. You would always find him with his good friend, Rollie White or at home with his brothers, Jesse and Blake Nelligan, doing what brothers do. But nothing compared to the love he had for his mother, Tina Nelligan. He would always make time to call and check up on her. It didn’t matter how old her 3 boys were, she loved them and treated them like they were babies still. Chad had a kind heart and was always surrounded by friends and family. That’s how you knew Chad was a good man.
He moved to Portland, Oregon to attend a treatment program. When he first got there, he wanted to be home with his family but he had his brother there with him so that made him feel a bit better about staying. He grew a family with his buddies in Oregon and got a job firefighting. He enjoyed telling his family where the fires where and what he had done. He moved back to Wolf Point after being away for almost 8 months. But no matter where he was, he always called Frazer his home.
Chad is survived by his mother, Tina Nelligan of Frazer; father, Kevin Adams of Wolf Point; brothers, Jesse and Blake Nelligan of Frazer; his children, Angel Nelligan, Allyn TurnToes, Kimora Allrunner, and Hayden Eagleman; adopted parents, Adeline and Robert White; and special sister, Sabrina Smoker.
Chad is preceded in death by his grandmother, Farrell Strahs; grandpa, Gary Nelligan; and aunt, Stacey Nelligan.
