Cindy “Dolly” Lee Lonz, 52, passed away Friday January 30th, 2015 in her family home from complications related to ongoing health issues and pneumonia.
Dolly was born in Spokane, Washington on December 17, 1962 and later moved back to Montana where she lived in Wolf Point, Glasgow and Helena throughout her life. She graduated from Helena Capitol in 1982 and went on to Job Core in Clearfield, UT and later studied at Fort Peck Community College. She had a love for taking drives in the countryside and hunting. She was a loyal Steelers football fan and enjoyed watching UFC fights. Dolly had a passion for taking care of children and each child held a very special place in her heart.
She was preceded in death by her Mother Margie Squires, Grandparents Emma and Ralph Beauchman, Aunt Nurna Azure, Uncles Emmett Buckles and Marvin Squires.
She is survived by brother Mark Lonz (Tammy), adopted father Gene Lonz, aunt Vonda Brewster (Larry), uncle Denzel Squires, adopted aunt Terry Thompson, adopted daughter Connie Thompson, adopted uncle Dave Rossi and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
In honoring Dolly’s wishes no services will be held and cremation has taken place.
The family invites you to a celebration of her life in the family home located 7445 Road 167 Wolf Point, MT on Friday February 6th, 2015 from 4pm to 7pm.
