Donna Jean Damon joined her heavenly family on the early morning of August 13, 2022.
Donna Jean was born on February 10, 1942 to Frank Laroque and Alvina Brunelle in Poplar, MT. She joined sisters Betty McCall, Gail Eva and brother Raymond “Dicky” McVay.
Over the course of her life, Donna has lived in Belt, Great Falls and Butte but has resided at her family home in Wolf Point, MT. She has worked for A&S and as a bartender where she made many friends with her love of visiting and joking.
“Ma Donna” loved her family dearly. She believed all who encountered her needed love and always had an open-door for anyone in need. She had 7 beautiful children, 20 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and cared for numerous adopted kids she’s taken in over the years.
Donna loved having morning coffee, visiting and playing solitaire. She also enjoyed rummage saling, cruising, playing machines and scanner chasing.
Donna is survived by sons Kenny (Carla) Damon of Poplar, Brett Damon of Wolf Point, and Richard (Skye) Damon of Poplar, MT, daughters Laura Dennis of Wolf Point, Beverly (Calvin) Corne of Wolf Point, Kathryn Damon of Wolf Point, and Skilene (Barney) of Belgrade, MT. Grandchildren Cody, Mychal, Mary, Ben, Mitchell, Yvette,Richard, Mandi, RaShane, Randie, Raven, Jenna, Jessie, Frank, Cody, Calvin Jr., Kendra, Kristie, Daniel, andJade. Special cousins Mugsy and Carol Brunelle, Beverly Miranda, Sharon Ballow and Skip Spitzer and the LaRoque, Brunelle, Turcotte & Gourneau Families..
Donna was preceded in death by her parents Frank LaRoque and Alvina Brunelle, Siblings Dicky, Betty and Gail, daughter Mary, special nephew Gary Schauer and great-grandson Tanner Delmore.
