Dwight Big Leggins, 62, died September 22, 2015 at The Faith Lutheran Home in Wolf Point.
Dwight was born on February 1, 1953 in Frazer to Sherwin and Bernice (Smoker) Big Leggins, Sr. and he attended schools in Frazer. Dwight was a lifelong mechanic often working with his uncle Allen Smoker. Dwight went to auto-body school in Billings, MT and Denver, CO. Dwight married Clarice (Follet) and they later divorced. From their union came two sons, Christopher and Roy Big Leggins. Dwight loved to hunt, drive around, fish, and work on cars. He truly enjoyed cars and his ability to work on them and make them good as new.
Dwight is survived by his sons Christopher and Roy Big Leggins., brothers Sherwin Big Leggins Jr., David, Dewayne, Franklin Turn Toes, and Rodney Turn Toes. He is survived by his cousin Adeline Smoker
Dwight had a special niece Pauline Smoker, who took care of him during his stay at Faith Lutheran Home. Dwight is survived by his only living uncle, Kenny Smoker, Sr.
Dwight is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Harold and Eugene. Dwight was preceded in death by a sister baby girl Big Leggins and a baby brother Louis Turn Toes.
A prayer service will be held September 24 th 2015 at 7pm at the Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point. The funeral service will be held September 25 th, 2015 at 10 am at the Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point. Graveside services will follow the funeral service at Saint Joseph Cemetery in Frazer. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point has been entrusted with arrangements.
