Elijah Dawn Runs Through, age 33, left us on May 8, 2010 to begin his new life in Heaven. He died of unknown causes. He attended and graduated as Salutatorian of his class from Frazer High School. Elijah’s Indian name is Wiha’nes (Dreamer). Elijah enjoyed dancing and listening to music. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Elijah liked to joke around and made sure that he had a job no matter where he was in the world.
Elijah Dawn Runs Through is survived by his mother, Eliza (Lorin) Red Elk of Wolf Point, MT; grandmother, Donna Chase of Chelsea, MT; father, Douglas (Lisa) Runs Through Sr. of Frazer, MT; two children, Trenton Tegen and Keely Jewel Runs Through of Devils Lake, North Dakota; three sisters, Ember Runs Through of Wolf Point, MT, Lucie Runs Through of Allen, SD, and Thelma Grey of Polson, MT; four brothers, Douglas (Myrna) Runs Through of Brockton, MT, Richard White Owl III of Wolf Point, MT, Kory (Antoninette) Hines of Brockton, MT, and Sacred Runs Through of Allen, SD; a special auntie Bobby Jo (Jerry) Hegdahl of Wolf Point, MT; uncle, John D Johnson of Poplar, MT; cousins, Tommy (Megan) brown of Bakersfield, CA, Marcus Eggebrecht of Wolf Point, MT, Michelle (Ron) Olguin of Ignacio, CO, Raquel (David) Taylor of Ignacio, CO, Heidi (Angelo) Taylor of Ignacio, CO, and Robert “Buddy Ray” Taylor of Ignacio, CO
He is also survived by his special aunties, Jewel, Wanda, and Corky Ackerman all of Frazer, MT; uncles Stanley, Ray, Floyd (Lisa), and Wilbert (Gracie) Ackerman all of Frazer, MT; cousins Sasha, Tasha, and Philisha Fourstar all of Frazer, MT, Izzy Ackerman of Frazer, MT, Ashley Bigleggins and Marquita Bigleggins both of Frazer, MT and numerous other cousins; A special friend Michelle Porrus of Devils Lake, ND; numerous uncles and aunties from all over who he loved very much.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Isabelle & Wilbert Ackerman, Sylvester John Bigleggins, and Elijah (Curley) Chase.
A wake will be held 7 p.m. Friday, May 14, 2010 at the Frazer Community Center in Frazer, MT. A Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, May 15, 2010 also at the Frazer Community Center in Frazer, MT. Interment will follow at the St. Joseph Cemetery in Frazer, MT.
