Emily was a strong and caring mother and grandmother. She was selfless and thoughtful and a woman of faith. She was a hardworking, matter-of-fact woman yet compassionate and forgiving. She was so important to all of us and we loved her deeply. To say that we will miss her does not begin to convey the depth of our feelings. She will be remembered for her never ending resilience, integrity, tenacity, courage, love, kindness, patience and the many sacrifices she made for us all. We are so grateful for those precious years we had with our mother and grandmother and give thanks to Him that gave her life. We will cherish the memories and every moment that we had with her. We know that families can be together forever.
