Eric Glenn Follet

Eric Glenn Follet, 27, of Wolf Point, Montana, went to be with the Lord on August 7, 2008 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Billings, MT.

Eric was born on June 5, 1981 in Wolf Point, to Tyrus Follet and Tracy (Goerss) Hentges. Eric grew up in Frazer, MT, and graduated in the class of 1999 from Frazer High School. All throughout his school years he was always into sports; which included basketball, baseball, football, and weight lifting. He once placed in a weight lifting contest called “The Big, The Bad, and The Ugly.”

After High School Eric worked various jobs such as a farmhand, construction worker, laborer, bartender, and a heavy equipment operator. He joined the Navy and was given a medical discharge.

Eric was always fond of being outdoors. He enjoyed going fishing, hunting, camping, and swimming; and he would always want to play horseshoes. He was always into rodeos, and Eric loved wild horse racing with his brother and friends. Eric loved life and always lived it to the fullest.

Eric married Karla Williams and they later divorced. They had three daughters together.

Eric is survived by three daughters, Marissa, Alyssa, and Serae Follet all of Frazer; Father and Step-Mother, Tyrus and Fern Follet of Wolf Point; Mother and Step-Father, Tracy and Jerry Hentges of Frazer; one brother, Brockie Standing of Wolf Point; two sisters, LeAndra Follet and her son Jaycee White, and Alicia Follet all of Wolf Point; his Fiancée, Lynda Williams and her son, Jonathan, of Wolf Point; Grandparents, Susan and Henry LaRoque of Frazer, Raymond and Audrey Goerss of Machias, NY. Eric is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Eric was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Harry and Mildred Follet, Sr.; Great Grandparents, Wilson and Josephine Jackson, and Elmer and Helen Goerss; uncles, Abel Follet, Sr., Harry Follet, Jr., and Lewellyn Smoker, as well as cousins John Paul Smoker, Susan Smoker, and Sloan Follet.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10, 2008, at Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point from 2:00-7:00 p.m. with a prayer service to follow at 7:00 p.m. His funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 11, 2008, at Frazer Community Hall in Frazer, MT with Pastor Verle Follette officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Frazer, MT.
