Frank Donald Diserly was born on April 10, 1975 to Arlie and Gloria (Fast Horse) Diserly in Williston, North Dakota. He was the youngest of six children and given the Indian name “Nunpa-Ichanka” (Born Twice) by his grandpa George Fast Horse.

When he was six, he was asked to be a Poplar Indians mascot when they went to District B basketball tourney in Great Falls, Montana. He also loved to play basketball in middle and high school. Although he didn’t graduate, he received his GED in 1994. After receiving his GED, he went right to work being employed with such companies as Wal-Mart, K-Mark, Buffalo Ranch, Animal Control, and as of the past 9 years, Ft. Peck IRR.
