Holt Wade Jackson (Hall), age 38, of Wolf Point, MT left this world on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at the Trinity Hospital in Wolf Point.
Holt was born in Wolf Point on February 17, 1974 and raised in Frazer, where he attended school. He then moved to Wolf Point and lived there the rest of his days.
Holt loved spending time and doing things with his family and friends. He enjoyed cruising around while listening to music (rock and roll, country and Indian music). He was an excellent cook, and he believed in his Indian ways. He worked various jobs, at McDonalds, Albertsons, and was a fire fighter. Holt went to Job Corps. He met Summer Anderson in the early 90’s and they married. To this union, 2 children were born, Natasha Jackson, and Hunter Jackson. Later in life he met Tasha Clancy and had Holt Jackson, Jr., Angel and Memphis Jackson and an adopted daughter, Tea Bigleggins, and son, Dillion “Gun Smoke” Jackson all of Wolf Point.
He is preceded in death by his father, Darrell W. Jackson, Sr.; brother, Cody D. Jackson; infant son, Hunter C. Jackson; sister, Lisa R. Hall; paternal grandparents, Wilson and Josephine Jackson.
Holt is survived by his mother, Arlene R. Jackson-Hall; sisters, Cynthia (Mike) Campbell of Wolf Point, Lupe (Russel) White of Oswego flats, Terry Jackson of Billings, MT, and Crissy Jackson of Wolf Point; brothers, Darrell W. Jackson of Wolf Point, Elwood Hall of Louisville, KY; nieces, Charmaine, Nicole, Heavenly, Anjelica and Jazymn; and nephews, James, Elvis, Isiah, Justin, Devin, Lit’ Darrell, and Duran.
A prayer service will be held 6 p.m. Tuesday, January 8 at the Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 9 at the Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point. Interment will follow at the St. Joseph Cemetery in Frazer, MT.
