Jesse James Youpee, “Spotted Eagle that Flies Above”, age 17, was welcomed back into his mother’s arms on March 29, 2025.
James lit up any room he went into whether it be with his big smile or his funny sarcastic sense of humor. He always liked to joke around laughing about everything. His crazy laugh was contagious and would make you laugh just hearing him. Jesse had many friends he spent time with. Jesse James was a fancy dancer when he was younger. He recently expressed he wanted to start dancing again but be a chicken dancer. Jesse was a very active kid when it came to schooling and very smart. Jesse James’ favorite sport was football. He participated in football, wrestling, baseball and basketball. With his hard work and achievements over the years he earned himself into the national honors society. Jesse was very bright in all aspects of his life. He would even challenge himself and build bikes all from scratch seeing how he could every time. Jesse loved his nieces so much he called them his baby sisters. He enjoyed spending his free time with his girlfriend, Zoey, cruising around with friends, spending time with his nieces and nephews, blaring music in his room, drawing or doodling and building bikes. Summertime he would pack up his little fishing box find his pole and walk or ride bike to the river to fish. Jesse James was very wise beyond his young years; he reminded us of a little grandpa. Many people had part in showing their love for Jess. Jesse James was a genuine son, brother, grandson, uncle and friend that will be missed by many.
