Joseph Clancy, Sr., age 54, passed away on Friday, November 27, 2015 in Yakima, WA.
Joe was born on October 17, 1954 in Wolf Point, MT to Timothy Clancy, Sr. and Lucille Chasing Hawk Clancy.
After graduating from high school, Joe went on to Northern Montana College, where he earned a certificate in Automotive Technology. He then attended Central Indian Bible College in Mobridge, SD.
In 1974 he married Geraldine Four Star. From this union two children were born, Joseph Clancy, Jr. and Adria Clancy. They later divorced. Other children soon followed later, Raynell Lucille Clancy, Jadelynn Roberta Clancy and Justin Eagleman.
Joe enjoyed beadworking and making dance outfits. He liked to listen to pow-wow music. Joe also liked to draw and sketch. He was good with his hands, whether it be working around the house or working on cars, and was called upon by friends and neighbors to help them out. Joe loved to laugh and joke, and loved to make others laugh as well.
Joe is survived by his children Joseph Clancy, Jr., Adria (Jon Jackson), Raynell Lucille Clancy, Jadelynn Roberta Clancy and Justin Eagleman; and his sisters Virginia Clancy, Viola Clancy, Freda Schindler and Phoebe Schindler.
Joe is preceded in death by his parents Timothy Clancy, Sr. and Lucille Chasing Hawk Clancy; his brother Timothy “Hootie” Clancy, Jr.; sister Mary Helen Birdsbill and mother of Justin Eagleman, Caroline Eagleman.
