Kathleen Ruth Four Bear Lambert, age 56, of Brockton, MT passed away on April 3, 2009 at Billings Clinic.
Kathleen was born in Poplar, MT to Ervin and Pearl (Blount) Four Bear on April 13, 1952. She grew up and graduated from Poplar High School. She lived in Fort Kipp, MT and Brockton, MT. Kathleen married Geish Lambert and they were married 21 years before Geish passed on in 1992.
Kathleen enjoyed listening to music, visiting with friends, driving around, sitting by the river, camping, playing bingo, sewing and watching Lifetime and her grandchildren play in sports.
She was involved in the Ladies’ Aid at church and was on the Badlands Celebration Committee.
Kathleen is survived by her daughters, Geraldine (Mike) Ward of Poplar and Rayette Lambert of Brockton; son, Wilfred Lambert of Brockton; granddaughter and greatgrandson, Eileen and Benz Lambert, of Poplar; mother, Pearl Four Bear of Brockton; brother, Myron Four Bear of Brockton; sisters, Irene Evenson and Theresa Four Bear, both of Brockton; brother, Dennis Four Bear of Wolf Point; grandchildren, Kassidy, Mikey, Tristian Ward of Poplar and Krysten Walking Eagle, Alexis, Orlando, Hunter, Lil Wilfred and Blake Lambert all of Brockton; adopted sons, Rudolph and Wendell Martell of Fort Kipp; Tatum Evenson of Billings and Merilee Evenson of Brockton, Roberta Ann Campbell of Brockton and Baby Harold Red Eagle of Poplar, all of whom she helped raise; adopted sisters, Rosa Boyd and Doris Spotted Bird both of Brockton; special aunt, Judy Johnson of Brockton; and special cousins, Adrian and John Spotted Bird of Brockton.
Kathleen is preceded in death by her husband, Geish Lambert; father, Ervin Four Bear; grandfather, George Blount; grandmother, Kathleen Blount Red Eagle; brother, Kevin Four Bear; nephew, Philip Four Bear; daughter, Mandy Red Eagle; and grandson, Dallas Ward.
Wake will begin at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 9, 2009 at the Brockton Cultural Center. Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 10, 2009 at the Brockton Cultural Center. Interment will follow at Fort Kipp Cemetery.
