Maxine Muriel Crazybull Savior-Ugalde, age 49, formerly of Poplar, Montana, passed away at Legacy Emmanuel Hospital in Portland, Oregon on May 17, 2008.
Maxine was born in Poplar to Gladys Crazybull and Richard Cummins, Sr. on July 6, 1958. She attended Poplar High School. For three years she worked as a CNA. Maxine has been married to William G. Ugalde for the past five years.
She traveled all over Canada, Montana, North Dakota, Washington and Oregon from pow-wow to pow-wow and was one of the original Eagle Hawk Singers. She especially liked going to pow-wows and the park with her grandchildren and visiting with her family and friends.
Maxine is survived by her husband, William Ugalde, of Juarev, Mexico; her daughters, LaVanna M. Arce Harris of Forks, WA and Louise M. Savior Ingwerson of Fresno, CA; granddaughter Sierria R. Spencer of Forks, WA, grandson Dion Storm Crazybull of Forks, WA, granddaughter Sativa B. Harris of Forks, WA, granddaughters Justice M. Ingwerson and Jessica Ingwerson of Fresno, CA; a sister, Verbeena Savior of Poplar, MT and brothers, Alvin Savior and Caleb Smith of Poplar, MT and Richard Cummins, Jr. and Anson Cummins of Crow Agency, MT; and a nephew Roy E. Larson, Jr. of Vancouver, WA. She is also survived by two former husbands, Jim Looking Hawk of Missoula, MT and Lester Menz of Poplar, MT.
Maxine was preceded in death by her parents Gladys Crazybull and Richard Cummins, Sr. and grandparents including Lillian Ogle; two sisters, Louise Savior and Marveen Larson and three brothers, Warren Savior, Jerome Smith and Sam Savior.

A Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 30, 2008, at the Poplar Cultural Center, in Poplar, MT. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 31, 2008 at the Poplar Cultural Center. Inurnment will be at the Poplar City Cemetery.
