Ocean Ray Deserly, age 21, of Wolf Point, MT, our beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle and friend went home to be with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on April 5, 2015.
On January 21, 1994 God blessed Betty White and Joseph Deserly, Jr. to be the chosen parents of their precious and most handsome angel “Ocean Ray”, their beloved son.
Ocean was a very special and unique person to be around. If you had known him you would have known that he always had a good time. He was a very humble person and was thankful for what he had. He was loved by many. He was also a loving and caring person with a big heart. He was always there with a helping hand whenever he was needed. Whenever you saw him he always had a smile on his face and a joke to tell.
When Ocean lived with his grandmother Geraldine she introduced God into his life and from there he had belief in the Lord. As Ocean was growing up and until he was called home to Heaven he enjoyed teaching his little brothers Son Son and Logan on how to fix and build their own bikes. When he was a young boy his most important thing he loved to do was go truck driving and working with his dad. He always had such a blast and learned so much about semis. When he was younger he always talked about being a truck driver once he became an adult to take care of his family. He also enjoyed fixing on vehicles with his dad and uncles. He always talked about the time he learned how to calve. He was so proud. He loved listening to his music but most of all he loved hanging with family and friends just laughing, reminiscing about good times and memories he cherished. Ocean loved the times he had with his mother talking about the memories they shared together as he was growing up. He also loved his Aunty Joyce whom he called mom as well.
Ocean is survived by his mother Betty and Harold Garfield, Sr., his father Joseph and Brenda Deserly, Jr., his sisters Dezirae and Dakota Deserly, Vivian and Bobalew White-Lambert, Breannon, Madison, and Tinisha Baker, Evan Beston, his brothers Elton, Logan, and Dusty and Alexis Deserly, Aunties Joyce and Cowboy White, Glenda and Buff White, his Uncles Curtis White, Bobbie and Chrissy White, Rollie and Melanie White, Wilfred “Willy” Deserly, Julian Deserly, Nephews Jacoby and Fearce Storm, and Nieces Serenity Rose, Juslene, and Makiya; his cousins Trevor, Marya, Tyra, Terrell, Bobbie, Jr., Aurora, Russellyn, A.J. Azure, Trey, Justin, Josie, Jessie, Ashley, Twyla, Isiah, Alias, Miami, Jillian, Jeffrey, Blessings, Chelsea, Tyson, Jacob, Abrianne, Mary; Roberta, Brianna Clancy, and Robert White.
Ocean is preceded in death by his grandma Vivian White, his grandma Geraldine Clancy, his grandma Lavida White, Grandma Dorothy Follet, grandma Lorraine Track, grandma Loverty Birdsbill; grandpa Joseph Deserly, grandpa Bobbie Overton, his brothers Aaron Deserly and Harold Garfield, Jr. He was preceded in death by his cousin Joseph Overton, his uncle Robert Deserly and Jeffrey Deserly.
Ocean has too many grandmas, grandpas, aunties, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins to mention but we wish to include them all. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him and the hearts he touched.
