Quentin Weeks Combs, age 26, went to be with the Lord on January 19, 2023 at 4:20 pm (LOL) surrounded by family at Trinity Hospital in Wolf Point.
Quentin was born on May 23, 1996 in Wolf Point. He weighed 7 lbs 12 oz and was all head (aye jks).
To the people that didn’t know him, Q looked stoic and intimidating, but for the friends and family that knew him, he was so soft-hearted. He was our big teddy bear. As big as he was, his heart was bigger. He’d give the shirt off his back, even if it would look like a night gown. He was very athletic during school, and outgoing. He was the light of every school activity. Quentin was the type of person to attract genuine people. His outgoing personality brought him lifelong friends throughout the country. Q also considered himself the roast master, whether it was in person of teasing over Facebook.
He had a strong work ethic no matter what job it was. He put his heart into his work and was proud to get the job done, whether it was doing construction down to just cooking at home.
Quentin is preceded in death by his brother Cody’ nephew Brayden; grandparents Elaine Cantrell, May Dumont, Arnold Littlehead Sr., James Combs Sr., Evelyn Littlehead, Owen Weeks Jr.; uncle William Goodtrack; friends Joe Bauer, Kyle Paulson, James Christian.
He is survived by his mother Frances Weeks; father James Combs Jr.; step mother Laureen Yellowhammer-Combs; siblings Shannon Crosier (josh), Christina (Carlos) Rojas, Joyce (Sisi) Fuapau, Jared Weeks-Combs, Amanda Laura Weeks-Combs, Sebastian Yellowhammer-Combs, Zoran Yellowhammer-Combs; step siblings Alleen, Princess, Malcolm, Allen, Kyra, Mariah, and Preslie Yellowhammer-Combs; grandmother Laura Clemence and Midge Harold of Washington; great uncles Gordon Littlehead, Alvin Littlehead, Curtis Cantrell of Wolf Point, Linda Weeks of Wolf Point, Lois Weeks of Wolf Point, Brian Weston of Wolf Point, Lee Combs of Portland, OR, Lionel Weeks of Wolf Point, Duane Goodtrack, Francis (Cassandra) Goodtrack, Michael (Katelyn) Vandall, Arlyn Littlehead, all of Wolf Point, Gerald Littlehead of South Dakota, Raymond Littlehead of Wolf Point; aunts Dyan Greywater, Olivia Jorgenson of Wolf Point, Angela Listy, Tammy Casper, of Washington, Tiar’e Littlehead, Hailey Cantrell, Kirsten Cantrell,; uncles Robert, Gordon, Daryl Littlehead, Glenn, Darian Cantrell; his beloved dog, Bane Lee Olson-Combs; many, many, MANY cousins, nephews, nieces, friends too many to count!
We are sorry if we forgot anybody. Our hearts go out to the family and friends that couldn’t make it. Know that your prayers and presence have been felt and we thank you.
Thank you to the staff at Trinity Hospital and Hospice for their unwavering compassion and care of our Que. You relieved a burden for our family in his last days.
To family and friends, one of the last things Q said to his mother was that he wanted to explore. He would have wanted each of us to live life the fullest. We hope you take away from this to live life to the Q-ballin” way. WWQD! (What would Q-ballin Do).
