Rebecca L. Archdale Low Dog, of Wolf Point, MT went to be with the Lord on the 7th of August 2014.
Rebecca was born on October 12, 1970 she was 43 years young at the time of her passing. She attended school at Frazer High School where she graduated in 1989. She always had a beautiful smile for all who knew her. Family meant the world to her heart. She had a huge sense of pride when she would talk about her family. She enjoyed visiting with her family and friends, no matter how much she was in pain. She always had a smile and loved joking with everyone. When she was able to work she was employed at H&R Block. She attended Fort Peck Community College where she received a one year degree in Accounting. She also worked at the Silver Wolf Casino as a cook in her younger years and also worked at Frazer School as a paraprofessional.
She is survived by her husband, Jeff Low Dog of Wolf Point; brothers, Robert (Charlene) Archdale and Raymond Bearhill; sisters, Victoria (David) Four Star-Adams and Olivia (Jon) Four Star-Imlay both of Havre, MT; step-children, Jeff “BC” Low Dog, Jr. stationed in Japan, Alaric and Arieene Low Dog both of Wolf Point; granddaughter, Amya Low Dog, whom she raised; adopted mother, Iris Anderson; grandmother, Mary Hayes of Frazer and grandfather, Henry “Prince” Brockie; aunts, Mary Sue “Pete” Jackson, and Wilberta Toaves; adopted sisters, Tina Horseman-Jackson, Rena Azure-Ostby and Nancy Jackson McKeen; cousins she took as sisters and brothers, Marla, Marlyce “Punkie”, Marlin, Milo, Miles, Moby, Myron, Wilbert “Willy”, and Mikey Jackson, Mary (Grant) Stafne all of Frazer, and Shannon (Roland) Nez of Havre, MT; uncle, Robert Four Star; and aunts, Joan Blount and Julia Archdale.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ivan Archdale and Roselyn “Toni” Jackson; paternal grandparents, Evaline and Ed Archdale; maternal grandfathers, Wilbert Jackson and August Hayes; grandmother, Ann Helegson; uncles, Wilbert “Chief”, Clarence “Indian”, Emerson, and James “Jimmy” Jackson; sister, LuAnna TalksDifferent Adams; uncle, R. Oliver Archdale; and numerous other uncles, aunts, and cousins.
A wake will be held 5 p.m. Monday, August 11 at the Community Hall in Frazer. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 12 at the Community Hall in Frazer. Interment will follow at the St. Joseph Cemetery in Frazer.
