Reginald Dale Scott passed away on June 3, 2023 in Poplar surrounded by his family. He was the oldest out of 10. Reginald went to school in Poplar and Brockton then later graduated from Brockton in 1979 as the Salutatorian. He also graduated from the Fort Peck Community College with a degree in general studies. He had many jobs in his life including working at A&S Industries, West Electronics and Poplar schools. But the job he loved the most was being a dad and grandpa.
He met the love of his life, Pauline Red Star and was blessed with 6 daughters, Tyra, Sheila, Marian, April, Nancy, Tricia. He was a very loving and devoted dad to each of them. He also helped raise step-kids Laurel and Michael Menz. Reggie was a kind-hearted, humble, loving soul who would go out of his way to help anyone in any way he could, never asking for anything in return.
He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren they were a big part of his life, also loved playing music, basketball and gardening, visiting with family, cruising around, teasing and making friends wherever he went. He was very comical as well. He always knew how to make you laugh! Spent majority of his time with family Marcella and Joel Greybull.
Reginald is survived by his girls, Sheila, Marian, Nancy, Tricia and his stepson and stepdaughter Laurel and Michael Menz; brothers Kevin (Joyce) Eder, Kenneth, Robert (Sherry) Eder, Harold (Colleen) Renz, Danny (Glenna) Renz, Sr., Timothy D.
