Stanley Wilson Lingle, age 26, of Spokane, WA formerly of Wolf Point, MT passed away Thursday, April 5, 2012 in Spokane.
Stanley, the son of Allen Dale and Helen M. (Yellow Robe) Lingle, was born April 20, 1985 in Williston, ND. He received his G.E.D and lived in Wolf Point for 21 years. He had moved to Spokane to make his home there and was a freshman at Spokane Community College. He loved to cook and was accepted at the Cordon Bleu at Las Vegas, NV. He also enjoyed making Native American traditional dance outfits and crafts.
Stanley is survived by his mother, Helen Lingle of Spokane; sister, Mina Lingle of Spokane; nephew, Sean M. Lingle of Spokane; niece, Kayla M. Gray of Spokane; brother-in-law, Joe Baker of Spokane; aunts, Karen Yellow Robe, Mary Redstone, Joesphine Redstone, Alice Redstone, Shirley Redstone, and Leigh Campbell; uncles, Billy Yellow Robe, Jr., Alvin Yellow Robe, George Redstone, Alvin John Yellow Robe and David Campbell; cousins, Ray Foot, Dee Dee Brown, Toni Martell, Christina Martell Red Boy, Althea Chopper, Tiffany Chopper, Sun Man Chopper, Lee Ann Redstone, Tony Keeler, Jana Keeler, Kathy Pamoni, Mark Charatte, John, Jr., and Kim Henry.
He was preceded in death by his father, Allan Dale Lingle; grandfather, Stanley Yellow Robe, Sr.; grandmother, Mina Yellow Robe; cousins, Eddie Redstone, Allison Red Boy, Butterfly Brown and Lea Lingle.
Visitation will be held from 12 noon until the prayer service at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 10 at the Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 11 also at the Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel of Wolf Point. Interment will follow at the King Memorial Cemetery in Wolf Point. A feed will follow burial at the Wolf Point Community Hall.
