Timothy Ervin Clancy, Jr., “Hootie”, passed away January 4, 2015 in Billings. He was born on February 17, 1956 to Timothy Clancy, Sr. and Lucille (Chasing Hawk) Clancy. He attended schools in Wolf Point and was a full-blooded Assiniboine.
Hootie very much enjoyed to hunt and fish and enjoyed spending time with his relatives and friends. He enjoyed cruising around and listening to “oldies but goodies.”
Timothy is survived by his sister Virginia Clancy, his brother Joseph Clancy, Sr., Viola Clancy, his sisters Frieda and Phoebe Schindler, and daughter Faith Ann Clancy and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Ralph Clancy, his sister Mary Helen Birdsbill, and his nephew Timothy Black Spaur.
A wake will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 9, 2015 at the Wolf Point Community Hall. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at the Wolf Point Community Hall. Interment will follow at Oswego Presbyterian Cemetery.
