Vance Camron Woundedface passed away in Poplar, Montana. He was born on April 23, 1991 in Bismarck, North Dakota to Joe Bill Woundedface and Margaret Loves Him.
Vance attended school in Poplar and Wahpeton and graduated from High School in Deer Lodge, Montana. He worked several jobs around Poplar and was a “jack-of-all-trades”.
He enjoyed listening to music, playing ball, and hanging with friends. Vance had a wonderful sense of humor and always got along with everyone. He was friends with everyone he met.
Vance is survived by his mother Margaret Loves Him; his sisters Alexis Woundedface, De Rae Woundedface, and Josie Woundedface; his brothers Chad Woundedface, and Seth Woundedface; his grandmothers Laverne Loves Him, Estelle Loves Him, Margaret Hapa, and Yvette Todd; his aunts Florence Loves Him, Zelda Loves Him, Rebecca Loves Him, and Julia Young; his Uncles Gene Young Man, Raymond Young Man, and Mathew Scott Sr. He is also survived by Wanda Smith, Estelle Loves Him and family, and friend Yolanda Jackson. As well as too many relatives and friends to mention.
Vance is preceded in death by his father Joe Bill Woundedface; grandparents; great grandparents; as well as several aunts, uncles and grandparents.
A wake will be held on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the Cultural Center in Poplar with funeral services to follow on Friday at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at St. Ann’s Cemetery.
