Velma Jean Nepstad, age 83, passed away on April 21, 2021 at Billings Clinic from cancer.
Velma was born a twin on January 6, 1938 at Riverside to Ernest Longee and Effie Cloud Two Bulls.
Velma was a homemaker. Her greatest joy came from raising her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed playing bingo and keno. Also, she loved watching the Denver Nuggets and Denver Broncos.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her twin sister; two sons; four brothers; and one sister.
Surviving are Velma’s daughters Valerie (Brian) Wilson; Victoria (Mike) Means; one son Marvin Nepstad; sisters Naomi Montclair and family, and Juanita (Doug) Youngman and family; sister-in-law Liza Young and family; grandchildren Amanda and Elizabeth Nepstad; and Jessica Wilson; great-grandchildren Annalyse and Vinny; nieces Starla Longee and family, Doreen (Willie) Martell and family, Nicole (Pete) Bird and family, Troy Larsen and family, Dorsey Young and family; extended families include Blackdogs, Boyds, Littleheads, Redboys, and Youpee.
