William “Bill” Dean Strauser

September 1, 1932 — September 24, 2016

William Dean Strauser, age 84, The son of Ralph and Alida “Jackson” Strauser passed away on September 24, 2016 at the Billings Clinic in Billings, MT.  Bill was born in Clarksville, Iowa on September 1, 1932.

Bill’s younger years were spent in Iowa.  In his teen years he moved to Montana, where he worked as a laborer and eventually started work in the oil fields until his retirement.

He married Margaret Red Thunder and to this union were born eight children, they later divorced.  On September 18, 1990, he married Gloreen Azure.

Bill is survived by his wife Gloreen, his brother Paul, his sons Marty (Tina), Jeff (Connie), Glen, Ross (Sue), his daughters Sheryl (Clifford) Berger and Shelly (Mike) Sears, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, son William, son Roger, three sister Lorraine Jacobs, Alice McCalley, and Marlene Strauser. Two brothers Clyde Strauser, Lawrence Strauser, one granddaughter Monquie Strauser and great-grandson Marques Struaser.
