William Raymond Francis Ogle (Billy Ray Frank) left this world on August 10, 2021 surrounded by his loved ones.
William was born on December 19, 1990 to Lloyd (Slugger) Ogle and Williamette (Billi Jo) Ogle and joined his sister Whitney Marie Ogle.
William enjoyed cruising, visiting friends and family, his laugh will always be remembered. His favorite team was the L.A. Raiders. He graduated from Kicking horse with his heavy equipment certificate. He worked for the Sidney Sugars, Inc. for one season. William missed his family so much and now he is with them; it was probably a very happy reunion.
William is survived by his only daughter Alexis Whitney Ogle, aunts Maize (Arnold) Young Bird, Mary (Greg) Plante, Judy (Arnold) Ogle, Shari Ogle, Saba Nolley and Ronette Red Boy, grandmothers Gloria Garcia and Merceline Red Boy, uncles Abby Ogle, Andy Ogle, Justin Hale, Eugene Hale, Alvah Talks Different, Charles Nolley, and Adrian Red boy, cousins Michael, Jason, Robbie, Myron, John, Nikolaus, Cameron, Connor, Trenton, Charles, Wilhelmina, Krysta Creel of Louisiana, Launa, Markie, Stephanie of Fort Totten, ND, Aaron, Louis, Daniel, Lance, James, Leslie, and Lyssa; numerous nieces and nephews and cousins and many friends.
William also joins his Paternal Grandparents Raymond & Reba Red Eagle Ogle, His Great-Grandparents, William Ogle, & Lillian and Mazie Longee Ogle, Elmer & Mary Red Eagle. his Uncle Leanord Oscar Ogle, Auntie Jewel Ogle, his cousin Raymond Brown Sr., in heaven. They must be all rejoicing right now. William comes from very large families on both his parents’ sides. We all love and will miss William, but he is with all the rest of the loved ones that passed on before him. Fly high Billie Ray Frank also known as Chilly Will.

A prayer service will be held on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at the Poplar Cultural Center. Interment will follow at Riverside Catholic Cemetery.
